UNDEROATH ANNOUNCE SPECIAL GUEST ANBERLIN TO PERFORM AT DECEMBER 14 SHOW AT THE YUENGLING CENTER IN TAMPA, FLORIDA

FALL 2018 NORTH AMERICAN "ERASE ME" TOUR WITH DANCE GAVIN DANCE, CROWN THE EMPIRE + THE PLOT IN YOU KICKS OFF ON NOVEMBER 2

Underoath are incredibly pleased to announce that fellow Floridians Anberlin will reunite to perform as the special guests at the December 14 date at The Yuengling Center in Tampa, Florida on the band's upcoming "Erase Me" headline tour.

Anberlin will be appearing on the final night of the tour, further elevating this show to "can't miss" status. The performance marks Underoath's first-ever headline arena show in their history as a band and it takes place in their beloved hometown.

Since this landmark show serves as their sole appearance in their native Florida this year, Underoath wanted to make it even more special for their longtime and loyal legion of local fans by recruiting Anberlin to appear.

The much-anticipated trek features support from Dance Gavin Dance, Crown the Empire, and The Plot In You. It is Underoath's first major market headline trek in support of Erase Me, out now via Fearless Records.

"We've been playing shows in the Tampa area with Anberlin since we were basically kids," Underoath said."We knew them coming back to play this hometown show with us was a big ask — but it just felt right. We have said we couldn't be more pumped to close out the 'Erase Me' tour with this show in our hometown. But we've been proven wrong." "All the Anberlin dudes reconnected over this last year, hung on the beach together, and then, when we got asked to play this show with Underoath, in our hometown, the answer was 'yeah!,'" said Anberlin drummer Nathan Young. "I mean why wouldn't we do that? Life is short and we should almost always say 'yes' to rad stuff. Plus, we've been homies with Underoath for 15-plus years. [Guitarist] Tim [McTague] is my brother-in-law and we've never played a proper show together. It's just way overdue."
